Got Your Pink Tickets for Brisbane Yet?
Pink tickets, have you got them yet? We still can’t get over the emotions from P!NK’s (yes, she does have an exclamation mark in her name now) last concert tour in Australia and now she is back again – die-hard fans couldn’t obviously be happier about it and we share the joy!
We had to wait for the tour dates for a lot longer than we expected at first, but all shows (including the extra ones) have now been announced from Pink. She is performing her ‘The Truth About Love’ tour here in Brisbane, winter 2013, with 42 shows all over the country – which means we can see Pink exactly 42 times, right? Right??
Her last tour was one of the most successful tours in the world, making more than $60 million in Australia and $150 million worldwide. Over 400 000 pink tickets have already been sold to this years tour so it will be a record-breaker this time, too.
Pink is, by far, the most successful female artist in Australian charts – both for tours and as a recording artist. Last time Pink was here, she made 41 million dollars from the 58 shows she played (by the way, only 20 were announced at first and they had to play another 38 because of her tremendeous popularity). And why wouldn’t you love Australia when you got all that? And especially when you had a toilet named after you in the Brisbane Entertainment Centre! Wait, what?

Even though Pink had to take some time off due to family commitments, her perfomances have been (and always will be) of top-shelf quality – she truly is an entertainer, with amazing live vocals and intimacy – she could have easily performed couple of shows at huge stadiums, but she prefers smaller venues to be ‘closer’ to the audience and feel their energy.
The tour will kick-start in Perth on June 25, then making its way to Brisbane via Adelaide and Melbourne. The first Brisbane show is on July 19 and of course, it is held at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. And because all the pink tickets were sold out at first, they will make their way back to Brisbane in the end of August for three extra shows on 27th, 29th and 30th of August.
Book your Brisbane Accommodation with us for the concert night as soon as possible, coz we are getting full!
